Solid product, minor gripes

I purchased TSplus Enterprise Edition after trying the Remote Access version. The features are really powerful, especially the Load Balancing, and it's a definite step up from Microsoft RDS in terms of ease of use. Delivery of the license key was quick, within an hour. My only small complaint would be that finding specific features in the documentation sometimes felt like a treasure hunt, but overall, it's a robust system. The customer support I used for a quick question was helpful and resolved my issue in about 15 minutes.

Good value for Remote Access

I was looking for an affordable alternative to Citrix for remote access and found TSplus Remote Access. The 15-day free trial really helped me decide if it was the right fit for my small business. I ended up getting a multi-user license, and the pricing felt very fair, especially compared to what I was paying before. It feels like I got a lot of bang for my buck, and the setup wasn't too bad.

Does anyone know if there are any specific discounts for non-profits? Trying to get this for our charity.

C Carly 2 months ago
I think they do, yeah. Check their site or contact sales, they often have special pricing for non-profits and schools.

My church actually got a discount from them! It's not advertised as prominently as some other deals, but if you reach out, they usually work something out for non-profits. Good luck!

Anyone know if TSplus really works with Windows 11? My office just upgraded everything and I don't want to buy something that's gonna glitch out.

G Greg 3 months ago
Yep, my friend uses it on his Windows 11 machine without any issues. Should be fine.

I'm running it on Windows 11 Pro, no problems at all. It's designed to be compatible with pretty much all modern Windows versions, afaik.

Hey, thinking about grabbing TSplus for my small business. Is it a one-time purchase or am I gonna get stuck with another monthly subscription?

M Mike 2 months ago
It's a one-time purchase for the license, which is sweet. You do pay for support/updates yearly if you want those.

Yeah, totally. I bought my license like two years ago and it's still running strong without paying extra unless I wanted to upgrade or something. Big difference from some other software out there.

Does TSplus offer any kind of trial? I want to test it out before committing.

T Todd 2 months ago
Yeah, they have a 15-day free trial. You can download it directly from their site.

Absolutely! Just hit their website, you can download a full-featured trial for a couple of weeks to really kick the tires. That's how I tried it out.

Thinking of switching from Citrix, that thing costs a fortune. Is TSplus actually a decent alternative or am I just buying a cheaper headache?

C Cleo K. 2 months ago
It's definitely a viable alternative. Way less complex to set up than Citrix, and much cheaper. Performance is solid.

Honestly, for most small to mid-sized businesses, TSplus is a no-brainer over Citrix. You get like 90% of the functionality for a fraction of the cost and less IT overhead. I made the switch last year, no regrets.
